Potential Donors for Shutdown Support

If you wish to help current EPA employees and EPA SEE Enrollees who are undergoing serious economic hardship as a result of the shutdown, the link below will take EPA Alumni Association Members to a registration form.  This form will give the Association the information it needs to match you with potential recipients. We will ask you if you are an EPA alum or a current EPA employee and how many potential recipients you can help with a gift card for each recipient. (EPA Alumni can give $20 gift cards; current EPA employees can only give $10 gift cards under the ethics rules.) For example, an Alum wanting to help ten employees/enrollees would pledge to purchase 10 gift cards at $20 for a total of $200. A current EPA employee wishing to help 10 employees/enrollees would pledge to purchase 10 gift cards at $10 for a total of $100.

To reduce the potential for fraud, we suggest purchasing gift cards online rather than purchasing them in-person from a store. We will provide you with detailed instructions about how you can easily and safely accomplish this.

The information you provide will be used by the Association only for the Shutdown Support effort.
