2018 Board of Directors

At our annual meeting in the Spring of 2018, four alumni were elected to the 15-member Board of Directors, joining the other members who had been elected at previous annual meetings. The current members of the Board of Directors are:

 

Serving a Three-Year term ending in 2021

 

  • Allen, Derry. Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Environmental Data; Currently retired.

  • Anderson, Betty.  Director, Office of Health and Environmental Assessment, ORD; Currently an environmental consultant.

  • Coleman, Sam.  Deputy Regional Administrator, Region 6; Currently retired.

  • Greenwood, Mark. Associate General Counsel and Director of the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics; Currently practicing law.

Serving the Last Two Years of a Three-year term; Term ends in 2020

  • Bachmann, John.Last EPA Position was Associate Director for Science/Policy and New Initiatives, Air; Currently, part time consultant.

  • Brassard,Candy.Last EPA position was Senior Biologist for the Environmental Stewardship Branch, Office of Pesticides Programs; Currently a Consultant.

  • Fenner-Crisp, Penny.Last EPA position was Senior Science Advisor, Office of Pesticide Programs. Currently, an Independent Consultant.

  • Flaherty, Phyllis.Current Elected President of the Association. Last EPA position was Chief, National Compliance Monitoring Policy Branch, Office of Compliance, Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (EPA: 1976 - 2011). Currently, self-employed part-time as an environmental compliance consultant.

  • Menotti, David.Current Elected Secretary of the Association. Last EPA position was Associate General Counsel for Air and Radiation; Currently retired from the law firm of Crowell & Moring.

  • Oge, Margo.Last EPA position was Director of the Office of Transportation and Air Quality in the Office of Air and Radiation.

  • Wadsworth, Ingrid.Last EPA position was Enforcement Officer for both the Air and Water Divisions in Region 5; Currently, Deputy Director, Association of State Floodplain Managers.

 

Serving the Last Year of a Three-year term; Term ends in 2019

  • Angell, Phil. Last EPA positions Chief of Staff to Administrator William D. Ruckelshaus in his second term and senior advisor to Administrator Michael Levitt; Currently writing a book.

  • Uhlig, Marylouise. Last position at EPA Associate Assistant Administrator for Management in the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention; Currently self-employed.

  • Voltaggio, Tom. Current Elected Treasurer of the Association. Last EPA position was Deputy Regional Administrator, Region 3; Currently self-employed

  • Weil, Stephen.Current Transition Update Editor. Past Elected Secretary of the Association. Last position at EPA was Chief, Land Disposal Restrictions Branch in the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response; Currently retired.
