2023 Board of Directors
At our May 2023 Annual Meeting, five alumni were elected to the 15-member Board of Directors, joining the other members who had been elected at previous annual meetings. In June 2023, Dorothy Patton resigned from the Board. The President nominated and the Board elected Fred Rubel to replace her. In July 2023, Louise Wise resigned from the Board. The President nominated and the Board elected Beverly Banister. The current members of the Board of Directors are:

· Carl Edlund. Last EPA position was Director, Superfund and Emergency Response Division, Region 6. Currently, member of SMU Civil and Environmental Advisory Board.
· Caren Madsen. Last EPA position was Environmental Protection Specialist. Currently, Director, Conservation Montgomery Board.
· John Reeder. Last EPA position was Deputy Chief of Staff. Currently, Vice President for Federal Affairs, Environmental Working Group.
· William Sanders III. Last EPA position was Director, National Center for Environmental Research, Office of Research and Development. Currently, Mayor, Town of Highland Beach, Maryland
· Lydia Wegman. Last EPA position was Director, Health and Environmental Impacts Division, Office of Air and Radiation. Currently, retired.

· Diamond, Bruce. Last EPA position was Director, Office of Site Remediation Enforcement, OSWER. Currently retired.
· Minoli, Kevin. Last EPA position was Principal Deputy General Counsel. Currently in private practice.

· Singletary, Cindy. Last EPA position was Regional Training Officer, Region 6. Currently, advocate for families needing assistance and volunteer for Honor Flight DFW and her church.
· Stahl, Michael. Last EPA position was Deputy Assistant Administrator for International and Tribal Affairs. Currently, President and CEO of Stahl Strategic, LLC.
