Alumni Help in the Classroom

The EPA Alumni Association connects teachers in high schools, colleges and universities with alumni who can discuss ways that they may be able to augment the teachers' efforts to help students learn about the environment and also explore environmental careers.

Virtual Alumni Collaboration in the Classroom

  • EPA Alumni can consult with classroom educators about how Alumni can provide one-time talks to supplement classroom discussion. In most cases, these are one-time appearances, but some cases, alumni involvement might extend for the whole semester.  For one example of how 4 alumni collaborated with a professor at Arizona State University for an entire semester and how that resulted in a 40-page student report and a video presentation, click HERE

Virtual Discussions with University Faculty

  • EPA Alumni are also available to meet with University faculty to explore environmental subjects in depth. â€‹
